Damper 32
Our first acoustic panel. Named for the felt that stops a note.
Damper is built differently from the rest of the range. Individual ribs, 18mm wide and 10mm proud, are mounted with a 14mm gap onto acoustic felt, giving 44 per cent open area — real absorption rather than the appearance of it. The name comes from the piano: a damper is the strip of felt that stops a string ringing. This panel does the same job for a room. Meeting rooms, restaurants, studios, home offices — anywhere a wall needs to look considered and stop sound bouncing around it at the same time.

Not a milled profile — an assembly. Individual oak or MDF ribs are bonded onto acoustic felt.
PET acoustic felt, 9mm or 12mm, in a dark colour so it doesn't show through the gaps.
